Shipping Partners & Processing Time

  • We rely on DHL and FedEx for safe and timely deliveries.

  • Orders require 1 business day for processing before shipment.

  • Standard orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Custom orders may require an additional 2 days due to payment and verification procedures.

Shipping Charges & Customs Duties

  • Orders over USD 100 qualify for free shipping, and we cover all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Orders under USD 100 will include shipping and customs duty charges, which vary by country.

  • For exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for shipping and customs costs.

Important Points You MUST Read

  • If you are required to pay any unexpected customs charges, please do not refuse the shipment. Instead, pay the charge and email us the receipt at customersupport@hairstyleus.com for reimbursement within 2-5 working days.

  • If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal, we will deduct the RTO charges before processing your refund.

  • We are not responsible for package theft after the delivery is confirmed. Unfortunately, this is not a valid reason for a refund.

Delivery Delays & Special Conditions

While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays can occur due to:

  • Festive seasons, sales events, extreme weather, natural calamities, political unrest, or curfews.

  • In such cases, delivery may take up to 20 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
